Expo Assured is your security that all new developments displayed at the exhibition have been subject to a thorough due diligence process. We believe that too many exhibitions, magazines, newspapers etc. include developments that have not been checked and that therefore put you the visitor or reader at risk. Expo Assured is an Overseas Property Expo guarantee that all new developments on display conform to our stringent criteria and meet all the legal requirements relevant to the country in question, these include:
  • land title is effectively owned by the seller
  • the properties are sold free of debt
  • building license is on or on its way in which case a bank guarentee or insurance policy covering the funds is required
  • quality specifications are of a standard in keeping with the asking price
  • a specific completion date after which penalties will apply for late delivery
